Megan works with adolescents, young adults, and adults, in both individual and group settings. She takes a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy, drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, CBT, DBT. and Polyvagal techniques. Megan brings warmth, humor, and curiosity into her sessions, creating a supportive environment where clients feel seen, held, and understood.
Megan earned a Master’s Degree in Development Psychology from Boston College and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Simmons University. Her professional background spans community mental health, advocacy, and crisis response services. Megan has experience providing care to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, helping clients navigate challenges and strengthen their capacity for resilience and connection.
