Group Workshops

Outpatient group therapy is a treatment modality in which members meet together in a group for a dedicated time period, and connect around a shared topic, experience, stressor or acquisition of a desired skill. Some groups may be structured by topic and include formal learning of skills or practice with the goal of achieving enhanced mental, emotional, and/or physical well-being. Other groups may be less structured and more supportive and interpersonal in nature. Please Note: the majority of groups are held IN-PERSON. Hybrid/virtual options may be available (please inquire).
