Clinical Psychotherapist, with OCD-Treatment Focus

Birch Hill Behavioral Health (BHBH) is seeking a Psychotherapist with special interest and experience in the evidence-based treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder(s) to join our expanding group practice in Wellesley Hills, MA. BHBH is dedicated to providing thoughtful and effective psychotherapy to individuals hoping to learn strategies to decrease stress and suffering and enhance physical, psychological and emotional well being.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a private practice setting while continuing to be part of a dedicated and supportive clinical team. Position Type: Full-Time (20-30 hrs/wk)

Start Date: TBD/Flexible, with priority on the right fit!

Position Description:  Clinical Psychotherapist providing evidence-based therapies and consultation, for individuals contending with Anxiety Disorders and/or OCD. Ideal candidates have a background in CBT and 3rd Wave Treatments (DBT/ACT), and utilize an integrative, relational, and patient-centered approach. This role includes opportunity to work with individuals with other presenting concerns as well, while holding expertise in OCD treatment.

Required Experience & Education: 

  1. Independently licensed in the state of Massachusetts. License-eligible considered for PsyD/PhD/LCSW

  2. Doctorate (PsyD/PhD); or Masters Degree (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)

  3. 2+ years previous experience providing therapy for adolescents, adults and/or families

  4. Experience with/or dedicated interest in learning specialized OCD treatment/frameworks

  5. Interest or experience in working with co-occuring Eating Disorders, Trauma and Self Injury a plus

Pay & Benefits:
