Molly Carrara

Molly serves as our Clinical Coordinator, providing administrative support across the Birch Hill Behavioral Health team. She manages new patient inquiries, coordinates scheduling and billing support, and leads the clinic's marketing efforts to help connect individuals and families with our services.

Molly graduated from Endicott College in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Graphic Design. She spent six years building her career in e-commerce content and creative operations with brands including Puma and Wayfair before deciding to pursue a new path in the mental health field.

She is currently earning her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. By joining the Birch Hill team, Molly is able to combine her background in organization, marketing, and operations with meaningful, hands-on experience in a clinical setting. She is passionate about supporting both our clinicians and the individuals who reach out to our practice, helping create a welcoming and seamless experience from the very first point of contact.
